Dietetic food !

For an apéritif easy to prepare which will accompany twisted weight watchers or fresh vegetables cut there batonnets.

Time(Weather) of preparation: 15 minutes



Ingredients:

2 ripe(mature) lawyers(avocados)
1 pinch of Coriander
Olive oil
1 cc of purée of hot pepper
Salt and pepper
Twisted chips Weight Watchers



Cut lawyers(avocados) in 2, remove nuclei(kernels) and take the flesh of lawyers(avocados) by means of a spoon. Crush lawyers(avocados) until the disappearance of the pieces. Add the purée of hot pepper and mix. Add the coriander, the salt and the pepper
